Capabilities

Wynalda Litho’s capabilities have evolved with our desire to provide an urgent response to our customer’s unique needs. We offer a complete range of services in-house and are dedicated to adding and updating our capabilities as new technology is developed.

Our complete range of in-house services includes but is not limited to:

Creative structural and graphic design
The perfect blend of inventive creativity and a realistic understanding of production limitations, our design teams have been integral in the development of many successful packages.

Computer to plate (CTP) technology
Certainly one of the most exciting printing advances in the last century has been the creation of CTP technology and Wynalda Litho was quick to embrace it, ensuring flexibility, quick turnaround times, increased quality and reduced costs.

Large format printing
Our new 64” MAN Roland sheet fed press is one of the largest in our industry. Additionally we have a 56” MAN Roland, 2 – 40” Heidelberg’s, 2 – 40” MAN Roland’s, one is capable of inter-station UV printing, and 2 – Komori Heat Set Half Web Presses, one will even do up to 10 in-line fold configurations.

8 color printing plus UV and Aqueous coatings
We are able to print up to 8 colors and still add UV and Aqueous coatings on the same pass.

Custom inks and coatings
We have an on-site ink formulation department that allows us to offer a wide variety of inks and coatings including Metal FX, scented inks, glow in the dark inks, liquid embossing and all manner of glossy, matt and dull varnishes.

Foil Stamping
We are able to foil stamp before or after printing and we have high speed rotary foil stamping equipment for long runs and flat stamping equipment for short runs.

Embossing
We are able to single level emboss, deboss, sculpted emboss and we can even do in-line embossing.

Die-cutting and Die-making
By having an in-house die-making department we are able to control quality and minimize downtime between design adjustments.

Windowing
Dual stream feed and the ability to accommodate large rolls of film make our windower very efficient.

Bindery, folding, stitching, gluing, tip-on and inserting
We have some amazing equipment in this department that is easily modified to allow us the ability to automate many tasks that would otherwise require multiple passes and hand work.

Fulfillment
In addition to our automated capabilities we have a flexible and cost effective workforce that is experienced at inserting booklets, products, novelties, security tags and just about anything else you can think of.

Supply Network
We have an extensive network of suppliers that are domestic and overseas based allowing us to offer unlimited creative solutions, including: tins, light and sound modules, acrylics, lenticulars, custom rigid or corrugated boxes, vacuum formed PET, thermoformed styrene, injection molded plastic components, plush toys, etc.
